Gluten Free Las Vegas Strip Hotels

I went on a deep dive a few years ago for trip to Las Vegas, Nevada to try to figure out where I could eat. I keep updating it over the years. The Gluten Free Travel Facebook group was helpful but the Gluten Free Las Vegas Support Group was the most helpful. I put a list together for your review. Remember to do your own research because I haven’t personally vetted most of these.

I have stayed at Caesar’s Palace, Cosmo and the Waldorf Astoria. Take a look at the lists below to see where you want to stay. Keep in mind what hotels are close to each other.

Aria: Jean George, Catch, Julian Serrano Tapas, Lemongrass

Bellagio: Buffet (not labeled…have chef walk you through), Prime, Picasso, le Cirque, Mayfair Supper Club, Harvest

Caesar’s: Amalfi, True Food (located at the shop forum), Hell’s Kitchen (get the lobster risotto), Water Grill, Carmines. Watch this video I posted.

Cosmopolitan: Wicked Spoon Buffet (not all GF foods are labeled but many are…have chef walk you through secret or hidden options), Scarpetta, Henry, China Poblano (ask for allergen menu), Eggslut, Momofuku (really doesn’t have much for celiacs), Overlook Grill

Cromwell: Giada

Doubletree Tropicana: The Red Lotus Asian spot, Robert Irvine


Excalibur: buffet

Luxor: Tender, buffet

Mandalay Bay: Noodle Co., Border Grille, Strip Steak, RiRa Irish Pub (at the shop


MGM: Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grille, Morimoto, International Smoke, Buffet (labeled…easy to navigate) Park MGM (I believe is different than MGM): Bavette’s, Best Friend


NYNY: Nine Fine Irishmen, America, Broadway Burger Bar and Grill

Palazzo: Delmonico, Grand Lux


Palms: Mabel’s BBQ

Paris: Mon Ami Gabi, Gordon Ramsay Steak, Eiffel Tower (has a dedicated toasted and separate prep areas)

Venetian: Yard Birds

Waldorf Astoria: Is a nonsmoking and nongambling hotel. Tea (gf spread), Zen Kitchen (small menu options that include vegan). The spa is lovely.

Wynn: Lakeside, Casa Playa (chef has Celiac), Buffet (labeled, easy to navigate, plus the executive chef’s wife has celiac), Casa Playa Mexican/seafood (by the resort, no gf menu online)

On the Strip: Margaritaville, Nacho Daddy (dedicated fryer), Mastro’s Steakhouse (located is shops between Waldorf Astoria and Cosmo/see my post here)

Area 15: Limin cafe (has a few gf labels on menu, unsure about CC)

Downtown: EVEL Pie

Henderson: Craft Kitchen, Juan’s Flaming Fajitas (uses separate flyers for chips), Pasta shop, Chikyuvegan

Off Strip: Crepe Expectations (delicious crepes!); Nacho Daddy (dedicated fryer/ near Mob Museum)
