Air Fryer Maple Sriracha Wings

These wings are SO good! The maple Sriracha glaze recipe is actually from Tyra Banks. I first tried them at one of my favorite local restaurants, Sloan's Valley Village. All their fried food is gluten free and they have vegan options. Check them out!

This was my first time making wings in the air fryer and, oh my. It is worth it to buy an air fryer just for the wings. They get so crispy and perfectly cooked. I made them for a game night and they were a hit. I will be making this often. Expect several more wing recipes from me. I used about 3 pounds of wings, I had to cook them in 2 batches for 5 people. I followed the cooking time recommended in my air fryer, so i recommend you cross check yours. Mine said to coat the wings and cook for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. I cooked the full 25 minutes. I recommend saving some of the glaze to put on after cooking the wings. You don't need to, but if you like yours pretty saucy then try it.

Courses
Servings 5

  • 3 lb party wings
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  2. Add the rest of the glaze ingredients to the bowl with the butter and whisk until smooth.

  3. Add the wings to the bowl and toss to coat

If you like your wings sauce, set aside some of the sauce before you add the wings.
  4. Cook the wings in the air fryer on the wing setting for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Check your air fryer for variation in cooking instructions.
  5. Once they are done cooking you can drizzle the sauce you put on the side (if you did) on top and ENJOY!
