Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

Air fried or baked to perfection!

There are two types of people in the world, people who like brussel sprouts and people who don’t. Brussels aren’t my favorite vegetable but if cooked right they are delicious! My husband on the other hand is not a fan. Though he did eat them one night, which is good for him! Good job, honey!

I made these brussels in the air fryer and the oven so you can pick which way you want to cook them, both ways are excellent! The recipe is really easy to whip together, the longest part is cutting the brussels in half but I like repetitive work like that. It’s relaxing. If it’s not for you then you can always buy precut brussels.

The sauce is just olive oil, balsamic, honey and garlic salt with parsley that I got at Costco. Feel free to use just regular garlic powder and salt. Parsley is optional. Make sure there is a nice even coat of the oil balsamic dressing to cook well. You will want to keep the bowl set aside to use after the brussels are done cooking. After they cook I add them back in the bowl to coat with the leftover sauce. You can drizzle any more oil, balsamic, honey or garlic salt to your taste. I added some goat cheese crumbles, you can add feta if you would like or cut out the cheese if dairy free.

These brussels are great to serve with drumsticks or as a side dish for the holidays!
