Garlic Aioli

Aioli is something that everyone needs to know how to make. It's super easy and there are many variations. This one uses fresh chives which is optional. It can easily be made vegan using vegenaise. Aioli is pretty much a necessity for me when it comes to sliders. Chicken sliders, vegetarian sliders and even brisket sandwiches. For my brisket sliders recipe I mixed the aioli with the coleslaw and the results are delicious.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup mayo (vegenaise if vegan)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
  • 2 tsp jarred garlic
  • pepper (to taste)
Instructions
  1. Add 3/4 cup of mayo to a bowl. 

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. 

  3. Store in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
