I have a long standing love for kielbasa. Check out my crockpot story highlight on Instagram for other ideas, but you will definitely want to try this. I made this pineapple kielbasa for my tropical themed murder mystery party. It was a hit! I have 1 friend who is kind of a picky eater who just loved it and kept eating it throughout the night. I continued to enjoy it the next day for lunch as well.
This recipe is super easy, it's literally just chopped kielbasa, pineapple chunks and a gluten free teriyaki sauce. All the flavors just compliment each other so well. It is great for an appetizer for a party, but can also be meal prepped for lunch, just serve over some rice. I love my crockpot because I can dump things, forget about it, and when I'm ready to eat it's ready to go. It's great for parties because you can it leave out for people to nibble on throughout the night without needing to re-heat anything. You can easily heat this on the stove, just slice the kielbasa, heat on each side until they are slightly browned, then add you pineapple and sauce and cook until heated through.
I got my kielbasa at Costco, otherwise I would have needed to buy several packages. I bought the 4 lb package of kielbasa, I didn't use 1 of the links but honestly could have just thrown it in there. It filled my crockpot right up, as you can see from the TikTok video below! Yummmmm!

Chop your kielbasa and dump it in the crockpot.
Drain the pineapple cans and then dump it in the crockpot. Don't worry if the pineapple isn't completely drained.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce, stir, and heat on high for 2.5- 3 hours on high. Serve as is or over rice.
Chop your kielbasa then cook on medium heat in a pan with a little olive oil. Lightly brown both sides of the kielbasa slices.
Once the kielbasa is cooked, add the drained pineapple and the teriyaki sauce and continue heating a few minutes until everything is heated through.
