Truffle Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are one of my favorite appetizers to make. You can make them so many different ways and they always go fast!

For Super Bowl I decided to add some of the Trader Joe's Truffle Hot Sauce with Black Truffles. It was so tasty! If you like truffles you know that a little goes a long way. 1 teaspoon gave the deviled eggs a subtle truffle flavor without being overwhelming. This truffle sauce is fairly new and it might even be a seasonal or special release item. Grab it while you can if you don't already have it! I also like a little drizzled on nachos, tacos or mixed in with hot wing sauce. Yum!

There are a variety of ways to make a classic deviled egg. I like to add a splash of white wine vinegar to mine. Classically, they are topped with some paprika but my favorite seasoning is a garlic Sriracha seasoning. Once ready, I will pop them in the fridge for 15 minutes to an hour, until ready to serve.

I think these would be a great treat for Valentine's Day. ENJOY!
